Profile of HASHIKH

Hashikh is an International Corporate Trainer and certified NLP Trainer (NeuroLinguistic Programming - The Science of Excellence) from National Federation of NLP (NFNLP), U.S.A.

Hashikh is a certified National Trainer of JCI and has been delivering NLP Training  for more than ten years.

Hashikh is an outstanding personal coach cum corporate trainer. He follows methods based on Psychology, integrating real time experiences of participants. His strategy of training is by implementing the principles of NLP, Transactional analysis, Life skill Training and also the theories of neuroscience including hypnotherapy, Quantum Energy  Techniques etc.

• Hashikh is a Certified Transactional Analyst registered at International TA Association, U.S.A. 
• Hashikh is a certificate holder of Lean Six Sigma Green Belt of Exemplar Global, U.S.A. 
• He got certification in Life skill training and Parenting from RGNIYD, Which is recognized by Govt. of India.
• Hashikh has undergone training in Clinical and Therapeutic Hypnosis at Kerala Hypnosis Association.
• He is an Advanced Quantum Energy Healer.  The certification is from World Pranic healing Foundation, Philippines.     
• He is a life member of Indian Association of Life skill Education.
• Hashikh is basically a commerce graduate and now pursuing Masters degree in Psychology.
• He is an expert in managing phobias and thus rescued hundreds of individuals from fear, and post-traumatic stress, in single sitting.  Moreover, he has proven record of recovering Business Entrepreneurs from the stress related to debts, feeling of being cheated, and failure in the Business Growth. 

   

MILESTONES IN HIS CAREER AND EXCELLENCE IN PERFORMANCE

He is a trainer made by society.  In his early child hood his Arabic teacher found the inherent quality in him to lead others.  The problem of people in understanding others and conflict in between individuals, and the withdrawal of individuals in taking success projects inspired him to explore the reason. This resulted in becoming a Professional Trainer and Personal Coach.

Hashikh has conducted more than a thousand Professional Training sessions and about five hundred public workshops altogether in India and abroad.  There thousands of individuals who got lift in personality and success behaviour after attending his training.

Trainings were Provided in NLP Practitioner Programme, NLP for Teachers Training. Conversational Hypnosis, Effective Public Speaking, MBTI [psychological Test],  Time & Stress  Management, Art of Sales and Marketing,   HR Development Programmes, Leadership & Motivation, Parenting & Parent-Child Relationship etc.

Hashikh is the Resource Person of implementing the project ‘Her Finance’ of BRS Newyork, in Kerala at Palm Fibres(Aleppey)  through Swasthi, Bangalore.

Kerala Police Association honoured him for conducting training in MBTI (Mayers- Brigg Personality trait Indicator)

Kannur University has acknowledged his service for providing training for the Department Faculties in the topic “Leadership Style.”

Kannur University also have given recognition for conducting training in Organization Development for MBA Students, as an appreciation of the results Hashikh had got by implementing the principles of Organization Development  in various projects.

Bank Managers association received training from Hashikh in Neuro-Linguistic Programming.

Hashikh has given NLP certification training for ICC Dubai which is the most renowned social organization in Middle East for Five years. 

The famous organization engaged in human development in Middle East, MSS received “Business Mind Read Sutra” Training Program.   This training program was conducted successfully for the members of ICC Abudhabi as well.

Kerala Vyapari Vyavasayi Ekopana Samithi, Kerala and North Malabar Chamber of Commerce (Groups of Businessmen) receives Training from him in various topics of Business.

Social Initiatives like JCI, Centre for Information and Guidance India (CIGI), Positive Commune, Rotary International etc. frequently invite Hashikh to deliver Trainings and Workshops in different topics.  

Hashikh has given trainings at various educational institutions like Womens college, Manjeri, NTTF Tellicheri, Malik Denar College and Govt. College Kasargod, Sir Sayed College taliparamba etc.

At present the three level training -“MIND TUNE SUTRA”, MIND READ SUTRA”, and “MIND RE-DESIGN SUTRA” is the unique workshops for the public given by Hashikh.

Along with this Hashikh has been exclusively giving customised Workshop -“BUSINESS MIND READ SUTRA”, “SMART MANAGER” for Executives in various industries.

Currently Hashikh conducts all these programmes including NLP Certification program in Kerala, Mumbai and Middle East regularly.
